Impact of Diabetes in Michigan
The 2011-2014 Michigan Diabetes Action Plan is completed! Thank you to all who assisted in this plan development. Both DPAC leadership and general members were part of the strategic planning sessions.
The Impact of Diabetes in Michigan not only has the latest data on diabetes in Michigan, but outlines the agreed upon strategies to prevent and manage this disease.
Please read and think about how your organization's current priorities and actions can align with this plan and other ways you and/or your organization can assist. There are limited print copies, however an electronic copy of the full document as well as a separate document detailing the Burden Report will be available soon at
www.michigan.gov/diabetes.
